As an agency Residential Support Worker, you’ll:

✅ Work flexibly across various residential homes

✅ Support children, young people, and adults with diverse needs

✅ Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and social development

✅ Help create safe, structured, and nurturing environments

✅ Work as part of dynamic, committed teams making a real difference

Whether you’re guiding someone through their daily routines, supporting them through emotional moments, or helping them celebrate personal milestones – your impact will matter.

? What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in a residential or social care setting (preferred but not essential – we offer training!)

* A genuine passion for working with young people and vulnerable individuals

* Reliability, adaptability, and a can-do attitude

* An enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)

* Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred – or willing to working towards it)
