A well-established regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver commercial construction projects across Yorkshire and the North East.

With a solid regional presence and a strong pipeline of secured work, this contractor offers long-term stability, well-resourced projects and a professional, supportive senior team.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for site delivery, managing day-to-day operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Full site management from start to completion

Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain

Driving programme and coordinating trades

Ensuring high standards of health & safety and quality

Liaising with the Project Manager, client and consultants

Managing site reporting and documentation

About You

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor

Background in commercial and/or industrial construction projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified

Able to run projects autonomously with support from senior management
