Tradewind Recruitment are working with a supportive secondary school in Ellesmere Port to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact on their education.

This opportunity is a temporary 6 month contract to start with the opportunity to secure a permanent position from September 2026. The role is working from 8:30am to 4:00pm at an hourly rate of £14.00.

The Role:

Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in and out of the classroom
Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and engagement
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs where required
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environmentTo be considered for this role, we will need -

Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
