Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement.
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
* Develop creative candidate attraction strategies to secure top talent.
* Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience.
* Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while contributing to company success.
About You
* Sales or Recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a related sector.
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
* Professional, ambitious, and passionate about client and candidate success.
