Our client is a market leader in their industry situated in the heart of St Albans. Due to business growth, they are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join their already successful team.

Your role

Customer service support on both phone and emails
Updating the in-house system
Dealing with correspondence to and from clients
Reporting
Working to regulatory requirements
Adhering to SLA's
General admin

Ideal Candidate

Strong customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Experience in a regulated environment would also be desirable.
