What you'll be doing:
- Accurately processing orders and enquiries in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and checking order details to ensure all information is correct and compliant.
- Managing shared mailboxes and ticket workflows, responding to partner queries quickly and professionally.
- Communicating with partners via phone and email, providing updates on order progress and resolving any queries.
- Keeping up to date with product and service knowledge to confidently support small order requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to ensure they are engaged and informed.
- Collaborating with colleagues, supporting the wider team, and escalating issues when required.
