School Administrator – Secondary Schools
Location: Dudley • Wolverhampton • Birmingham 
Start: ASAP
Pay: £14–£17 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Flexible (Short-Term • Long-Term • Ongoing)

Are you an experienced School Administrator with strong knowledge of Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS?

Following increased demand last term, I am looking for  skilled administrators to support secondary school offices across the West Midlands.

What you’ll be doing:
• Using Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS for attendance, data and reporting
• Supporting reception and school office functions
• Handling enquiries from staff, parents and visitors
• Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality

What we’re looking for:
• Experience using Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS within a Secondary School Setting (essential)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Evidence of relevant training and experience
