Partnership Recruiting are currently on the lookout for a Lead Estimator to join a well-established manufacturing and contracting business with a strong and secure project pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of pre-construction activities across high-quality projects, from smaller developments to large multi-phase schemes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

* Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

* Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations

* Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options

* Collaborate with internal teams throughout the pre-construction phase

About You

* Proven experience as an Estimator / Senior Estimator, ready to step into a Lead role

* Background in façades, curtain walling, structural glazing, or similar specialist packages

* Strong understanding of residential construction, including high-rise concrete frame projects

* Commercially astute with excellent numerical and analytical skills
