Position: Retail Business/Sales Manager
Contract: Temporary, up to 4 weeks
Location: Oxford Street
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Flexible schedule required, including weekends
Pay: £16-£19 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience that resonates with our community.
Implement brand retail standards and practises to drive operational efficiency and brand consistency.
analyse sales data and customer feedback to enhance store performance and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance our retail presence.

Sales and Performance Management

Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to set and achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for optimal product availability.
Create and manage store rotas efficiently.

Customer Engagement and Experience

Cultivate strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that resonate with our brand.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Team Development and Coaching

Recruit, train, and mentor team members, instilling our core values and standards.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and mutual support.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for individual and team growth.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a management role within the luxury retail industry.
Demonstrated expertise in coaching and developing a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
A passion for the beauty industry.
Successful track record in driving sales targets and KPIs.
Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends (IMPORTANT).
Skilled at building collaborative, positive business relationships at all management levels.
Confident and hands-on leader.
Motivating and inspiring to those around you.
Well-presented and embodies the brand's aesthetic.
