A long-established leader in media intelligence, equipping over 3,500 organisations worldwide with the insights they need to make informed, data-driven decisions is looking for a Finance Business Partner. Operating since 1984, they serve a diverse client base across multiple sectors, helping PR and communications professionals become tech-enabled and insight-led. 

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and CFO in this high-impact role that supports strategic decision-making across commercial, product, and operational teams. You will provide critical financial insight, enabling sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and commercial success. 

Key responsibilities as Finance Business Partner: 

Strategic Finance & Partnering

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across key business units
Analyse pricing, contract profitability, CLV, and revenue trends
Support business cases for new product development and international expansion
Performance & Revenue Optimization

Monitor KPIs including churn, CAC, retention, and revenue per client
Work with sales to evaluate deal structures and revenue opportunities
Drive profitability analysis across products, clients, and regions
Commercial Finance Support

Assess ROI on client acquisition and marketing strategies
Ensure accurate revenue recognition aligned with IFRS
Provide financial input for renewals and pricing strategies
Cost Management & Efficiency

Identify cost-saving opportunities in operations and technology spend
Support procurement with vendor negotiations and contract evaluation
Promote automation of financial reporting processes
We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner with:

Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS revenue models
Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Dynamics, or HubSpot
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CIMA preferred
This role can either be based at the Waterloo or Clapham Offices with an option of working from home one day a week.
