Location: Norwich
Pay: £12.20-£13.00 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts | Part-time (up to 20 hours/week if student-sponsored)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join one of our clients based in Norwich via agency placements. They provide safe, supportive accommodation and personal development services for young people aged 16–18, including care leavers, unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASC), and individuals with mild learning difficulties or challenging behaviour.

Your Role Will Include:

* Supporting young people in daily routines and independent living skills

* Assisting with education, personal development, and emotional support plans

* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

* Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviours

Shifts Available:

* Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts

* Flexible hours

Requirements:

* Previous care or youth support experience preferred (but not essential)

* DBS

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of young people

* Flexibility and reliability
