My client in Isle of Wight are looking to appoint a talented HR Advisor on a Contract basis.

New opportunity has arisen within my clients Human Resources team supporting the delivery of an effective and efficient HR Advisory Service across island schools.

What's on offer:

Salary: £24+ per hour, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Isle of Wight (Hybrid):

Advise and guide Headteachers, School Business Managers, and Senior Leaders on HR related issues.
Professionally support on case work including disciplinary, capability, sickness absence and grievance issues.
Ensure HR related policies, procedures, guidance notes, and intranet pages are maintained, and easily accessible to enable managers.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role
CIPD Qualified
Experience in a HR advisory and support role
Local Authority experience is essential
