Learning Support Assistants - Newcastle 

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistants to join a great secondary school in Newcastle. The role is to begin September 2025 and is full time ongoing with a potential to be taken on permanently. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in education or pursue a career in teaching. 

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
✅ Assisting with learning activities in and outside the classroom
✅ Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties
✅ Encouraging engagement and confidence in learning

Requirements:
✔ Experience working with young people
✔ A patient, supportive, and positive approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A passion for education and student development
