A leading residential developer is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join their sales support team and play a key role in delivering a first-class journey for homebuyers - from reservation through to post-handover care.
? Location: Office-based in West London (Office Based Role, no Hybrid Working)

? Salary: Up to £36,000 + comprehensive benefits package
? Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end customer journey from exchange to aftercare
Provide clear, regular updates to customers throughout the buying process
Liaise with sales, site, and customer service teams to resolve queries
Drive satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring a smooth, supportive experience
Support post-handover care in coordination with the aftercare team
Contribute to continuous improvement and customer feedback initiatives
✅ What We're Looking For:
Experience in new homes customer care, sales progression, or completions
Excellent communication and empathy with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of the housebuilding process from exchange to completion
Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment
