Are you a motivated ASHP Designer ready to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality air source heat pump installations?

This company is a trusted renewable energy specialist delivering nationwide installations of solar PV, heat pumps, and insulation systems. With direct contracts under the UK's Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme and partnerships with leading utility providers, they're helping thousands of homes cut carbon, save energy, and transition to greener living.

In this role, you'll design residential air source heat pump systems, carrying out heat loss calculations, system sizing, and creating accurate, compliant documentation. You'll work closely with surveyors, installers, and clients to ensure specifications are correct, provide technical support to the installation team, and ensure all designs meet industry standards, building regulations, and MCS requirements.

This role would suit a qualified ASHP Designer who enjoys creating accurate heating system designs, collaborating with a team, and contributing to energy-efficient projects.

The Role:

Design residential ASHP systems, including heat loss calculations and system sizing
Produce accurate, compliant documentation for each project
Work closely with surveyors, installers, and clients to ensure correct specifications
Provide technical support to the installation team during projects
Ensure all designs meet building regulations and MCS standards
