This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who offer expert design services to the industrial and logistics sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in their Birmingham studio.

Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achievedRequirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
