A successful Production Manager here should have:

A proven track record as a production manager in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Experience managing a production team across a range of manufacturing processes.
You must be a proven leader, a strong character and an accomplished people manager
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
