A well-established, award-winning independent planning consultancy is seeking an experienced town planner to join their team. They deliver complex planning strategies to their impressive client base across the UK. Their work spans from Green Belt, Heritage, Urban Regeneration and Masterplans.

The Role:

* Manage a range of projects from inception to delivery

* Simplify complex planning challenges

* Support junior members of the team

* Deliver planning advice and applications across a wide range of sectors

* Support with business development

Requirements:

* Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)

* Extensive experience in a similar role

* Commercial awareness

* Understanding of planning policy

* Strong communication skills, written and verbal

* Full UK driving license
