Are you a passionate and experienced Science Teacher looking for a new challenge in an Alternative Provision setting?

Aspire People is recruiting for an exceptional Science Teacher to join an alternative provision in Kings Heath, B14, starting February 23rd. This is a long-term, full-time role that requires a teacher with strong behaviour management skills and experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience with SEN students

Exceptional behaviour management skills

Ability to teach Science (KS3 & KS4) to students with varying levels of need

A proactive, empathetic approach to teaching in an alternative provision
