Job title: Voids Operative

Department/Region: Property Services - Plymouth

Reporting to: Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader

Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)

Salary: £25,400 - £27,237 per annum

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader as a Voids Operative you will be accountable for ensuring all properties are clean, hygienic and compliant to the specified standards.

Main Duties

To ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose
Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.
Carry out minor defect rectification as directed.
To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning and defect records are completed and up to date.
