Early Years Practitioner – Level 2 or 3
Location: Huddersfield area (HD3)
Salary: £12.90 per hour
Hours: Tuesday–Friday | 9:00am–3:30pm
Contract: Fixed term – Maternity Cover (may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate)

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join a small, friendly nursery for a maternity cover position. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and wants to make a real difference in a supportive, team-focused environment. Immediate start.

The Role

* Supporting children under 2 years old

* Delivering high-quality early years care and learning

* Planning and delivering activities for small groups

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and engaging environment

* Supporting children’s positive development and wellbeing

The Setting

* Small, welcoming nursery with 3 rooms

* 35 children on roll

* Team that is passionate, supportive, and committed to helping children thrive

* Good bus links: approx. 20 minutes outside town

* Onsite parking available
