Plus one Saturday in four: 7:45 am – 12:45 pm

The Role

As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will:

Greet clients and check in patients promptly and warmly

Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and manage our diary system

*

Process payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate client/patient records

*

Provide clear communication to clients regarding appointments, treatments, and follow‑up care

*

Assist with general administrative duties and support the clinical team as needed

*

Work one Saturday in four, ensuring continuity of service for our clients
