Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with an established organisation in the outskirts of Burgess Hill. They are looking to hire a B2B Account Manager to join their fun and thriving team.

As the Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of existing B2B clients-developing trusted partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring service excellence. This role offers the chance to work with leading-edge products in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where your impact will be tangible and valued.

Key duties of the Account Manager:

Respond to inbound client enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Generate quotations and convert into sales
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Maintain excellent knowledge of products
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and finance) to deliver tailored solutions
Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and client feedback to senior leadershipExperience/skills required:

Proven experience in account management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A commercially driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
