This opportunity would be ideal for an Architect or technically-focused Project Architect with strong experience in the data centre or industrial sector and a background in delivering highly detailed packages using Revit.

Package:

£50,000 – £60,000

Office:

Central London studio (hybrid working options available)

Full-time, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Duties:

Lead the technical design and delivery of data centre and industrial projects

Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages in Revit

Attend site visits and design team meetings across London

Contribute to design development with a focus on buildability and performance

Support the wider team in maintaining project standards and delivery timelines

Requirements:

Strong experience delivering complex, high-performance industrial or data centre buildings

Background in working through all RIBA stages, particularly technical design and delivery

Proficiency in Revit and a confident approach to producing detailed drawing packages

A keen eye for construction detail and design precision

Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
