Academics are currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants for temporary supply roles across supportive mainstream primary settings in Retford.

Position: L3 TA
Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing
Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP or flexible

About the Role

As an L3 TA, you will work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting whole-class learning, leading small group sessions and providing targeted 1:1 support where required.

Key Responsibilities

Support class teachers with lesson delivery
* Deliver phonics, maths or literacy interventions
* Provide 1:1 support including for SEN pupils
* Encourage positive behaviour and participation
* Maintain safeguarding standardsCandidate Requirements

Level 3 qualification (essential)
Experience within a UK primary school
Confident supporting a range of learners
