I am recruiting for our sister company who are a small but dynamic company based in Littleport. They are looking for a PA to work closely with the Director on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities for the PA
  * Liaise confidently with stakeholders via email and phone
  * Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring smooth scheduling
  * Book and confirm training sessions with clients
  * Set up and manage Microsoft Teams meetings
  * Prepare, complete, and send training certificates to participants
  * Oversee email inboxes and ensure timely responses and follow-ups
  * Support the Director with various projects and administrative tasks
Working Hours
  * 3 days a week flexible Monday to Thursday
  * Between 12-16 hours a week within office hours
  * Office-based role in Littleport
What We’re Looking For
  * Strong background in administration co-ordination / PA is required
  * Excellent communication and organisational skills
  * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  * Confident using Microsoft Office and Teams
  * A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
