Our client is on a mission to deliver a turn-key, property management furnishing solution, through a blend of design, volume installation and replenishment.

Core Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and arrange meetings to discuss products and services, with residential property professionals, across the UK.
Plan and prepare presentations that showcase service offering, across all channels.
Contribute ideas for the development of marketing material and sales strategy.
Pipeline and opportunity reporting on a weekly basis.
Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, sales, revenue, invoices.
Represent company at networking events, trade exhibitions and conferences.
Liaise with Operations regarding the delivery of replenishment, projects and design.
Act as first point of contact for company clientele.
Conduct research to identify market trends and customer requirements.
Conduct on-site project management and installation supervision as necessary.
Provide quality after-sales support and continuous high levels of customer service.
Manage and maintain contractual arrangements with sub-contractors and / or clients.
Attending pre-site meetings, agree and sign off T&Cs of service delivery.
Arrange and attend de-brief meetings for residential projects.
Identify any recruitment and / or training needs within the Sales department.
Ensuring project updates are recorded in a timely manner.
Ensure all new leads are recorded on Salesforce CRM and contacts updated.

Help communicate the Vision internally - translate into measurable goals and targets
Help to develop the skills of the Sales team
Help with mentoring and developing the Sales team
Share your industry knowledge and contacts with the Sales team
Develop your own skills and seek opportunities for personal improvement
Personal Specification
  
Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales / business development role
Exceptional skills in managing a heavy workload and conflicting demands, whilst consistently producing high-quality work to tight deadlines
 Experience of liaising with colleagues from operational to senior director level
 First class communication skills, personal confidence and the ability to influence others
Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
Meticulous written and verbal communication skills
Excellent managerial skills
Proven sales track record   
Planning and Organising:

Ability to self-manage and organise own workload
Ability to self-manage, prioritise work and deliver to tight deadlines
Able to maintain accurate and timely records as required by the role
Identifies and knows how to solve everyday job-based problems in liaison with manager Working with People:

Able to establish a rapport with service users as necessary e.g. clients, members of the public, etc.
Understands how to encourage and influence people to get the best from them
Understands the needs of others and able to respond accordingly
High level of initiative and self-motivation   
 Communication:

Has everyday spoken skills e.g. telephone and face-to-face conversations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (client facing)
