Role Overview
As Electrical Area Manager, you will oversee electrical compliance contracts-including EICRs & remedials, PAT testing, and reactive repairs-ensuring quality delivery, managing client relationships, and identifying up‑sell opportunities. You'll also handle quoting, valuations, invoicing, contract meetings, and recruitment of electrical engineers.

Requirements for the Role

Proven Area Manager experience, ideally in social housing or construction

Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)

Highly organised, flexible, and customer-focused

Professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
