Senior Town Planner
Location: Cardiff or Bristol

Are you ready to take the next step in your planning career? You'll be joining a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy that brings together planners, designers, and architects to create thoughtful, design-led developments across the UK.
As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be taking the lead on a wide range of exciting projects  from residential masterplans to commercial and mixed-use schemes. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, collaborate closely with clients, and work side by side with an experienced in-house design team.
You'll be:
·Managing a variety of planning projects from start to finish
·Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting statements
·Building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
·Providing strategic planning advice to help shape future developments
·Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within the planning team
You'll be MRTPI qualified (or working towards it) and have a solid understanding of UK planning policy and legislation. You'll enjoy taking ownership of your projects, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively with others. Experience in a consultancy or local authority setting would be ideal.
What You'll Get
·Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
·Hybrid working: You'll work a minimum of 3 days in the office (Cardiff or Bristol) with flexibility for home working
·Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + Christmas off (including a ½ day on Christmas Eve)

·Location: Both offices are just a 5-minute walk from the train station
