Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in the Wellingborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about helping students develop confidence and success in mathematics.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Collaborate with the Maths department and wider school staff

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching KS3-KS4 Maths

Passionate about raising student attainment

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
