Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of high-quality learning

Working with individuals or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning

*

Assisting in the preparation of classroom activities and resources

*

Supporting children with additional needs (including SEND, where applicable)

*

Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering pupils’ social and emotional development

*

Observing and recording pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

*

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

*

Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting

*

Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to supporting all learners

*

Works well as part of a team and shows initiative when working independently
