Job Title: Administrator

Location: Aylesbury

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9AM - 5:30PM and Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer requirements
Respond to supply issues with calm and effective communication
Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely daily shipments
Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels and resolving discrepancies
Proactively tackle supply challenges with colleagues and suppliers
Learn all aspects of the Supply Chain team to provide support
Contribute to the development of supply chain strategiesSkills:

Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role is advantageous
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Numerate and detail-oriented
Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
