Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £29,344 to £44,919 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

A nurturing and forward-thinking special school in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support individual learning needs
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and parents to support pupils holistically
Implement and review EHCP targets
Promote independence, confidence, and progress in every child
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with children with SEN (in a mainstream or specialist setting)
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and SEN strategies
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
