We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing repairs issued to the Customer Service department swiftly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the Hill Group’s reputation. You will be expected to follow all processes and procedures while keeping the Customer Service team informed of progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service Delivery:
• Complete repairs on the first visit wherever possible.
• Liaise with Customer Service Coordinators to provide updates on defect status.
• Communicate any potential delays as early as possible and ensure works are done to the highest standard.
• Maintain professional conduct and a clean, tidy appearance at all times.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Use RAMs for all activities and adhere to Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are well-maintained and fit for purpose.
• Keep the customer’s property clean and protect it during repairs.
• Customer Communication:
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.
Success Measures:
• Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health & Safety protocols and follow all departmental processes.
• Maintain Hill Group’s professional image and communication standards.
• Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in Customer Service and working within a residential development environment.
• Multi-skilled, with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality results.
• Proactive and flexible approach, with an understanding of Health & Safety requirements
