Zest Education is recruiting a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support a welcoming school in Kings Heath. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can help create a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and indoor areas

* Encourage positive behaviour and ensure pupil safety throughout lunchtime

* Support younger children with meals and promote healthy eating

* Lead or oversee play activities to keep pupils engaged

* Manage minor first‑aid incidents and report concerns to senior staff

* Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

Ideal Candidate

* Experience working with children (school or childcare setting desirable)

* Friendly, approachable, and confident supervising groups

* Patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships with pupils

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
