The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with a national facilities group to recruit an experienced Electrician on a full time and permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest FM companies and they are looking for someone who can grow with the company whilst being fully supported with ongoing training and qualifications. 

The role: 

You will be providing electrical repairs and electrical maintenance plus some general fabric maintenance across  two sites in and around the St Austell and Bodmin area. This role will suit an experienced building services engineer that holds some electrical qualifications, or an experienced commercial electrician with some fabric maintenance skills. Experience working in a client facing role would be advantageous and we are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their work with great customer services skills. 

Main responsibilities:

Electrical repairs and maintenance.

Mainly commercial work. Low voltage systems. Electrical maintenance

You will be familiar with routine preventative maintenance and reactive works and be able to manage your own workload and work to deadlines. 

Some basic fabric maintenance skills such as plumbing, minor fabric repairs etc.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Full driving licence 
18th Edition
Able to work on your own and as part of a team
This role will require a basic DBS check.

The role is offered on a permanent basis with a company van and fuel card, plus the opportunity to earn extra via the on call rota which is one week in 7.
