I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor who can carry out day to day repairs surveys, working for an organisation in Exeter. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections of properties within housing, ensuring they are compliant. The Repairs Surveyor will get benefits such as mileage coverage and a competitive day rate

Repairs Surveyor
Monday to Friday/ 37 hours
Temporary Contract (3 months PTE)
£230-£250 per day via umbrella
Exeter area
Hybrid working

As a Repairs Surveyor the responsibilities are:

Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
Providing accurate technical advice with competent & thorough surveys/post-inspections.
Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service.
As a Repairs Surveyor, you will have:

Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector and awareness of its regulations
Experience within surveying
Knowledge of carrying out responsive repair's surveys
