My client is an award winning regional building contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects on time and to budget. Due to continued growth in 2026 they are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor. My client specialises in new build sheds and commercial new builds. You will be experienced in managing your own portfolio of projects typically in the £3m-£6m bracket. You must be prepared to travel, lodge is unlikely but there may be odd occassions when this is required.
