Hill & Hill are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a prestigious client specialising in Super prime residential developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to oversee high-end projects ranging from single luxury dwellings through to larger residential developments across West Sussex and the surrounding regions.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, programme control, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple super prime residential projects valued between £2M – £10M.

*

Take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

*

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.

*

Maintain exceptional standards of build quality, finish, and health & safety.

*

Liaise closely with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

*

Monitor programmes, cost plans, and procurement schedules.

*

Identify and mitigate risks while driving efficiencies across projects.

*

Ensure compliance with all contractual, technical, and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within super prime or high-end residential construction.

*

Demonstrable track record delivering luxury residential projects, including single dwellings and larger developments.

*

Experience managing projects valued between £2M – £10M.

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and UK building regulations.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across a regional patch.

*

Full UK driving licence.
