Job Title: SEO Manager
Location: West Sussex (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Are you an SEO expert ready to lead high-impact campaigns for large retainers? I'm assisting an award-winning agency who are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to take ownership.

Develop and lead SEO strategies
Conduct audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and technical reviews.
Collaborate with content, UX, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
Track performance using analytics and reporting tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Manage and mentor a small team of SEO Executives.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an SEO role within an agency!
Leadership experience is a must!
Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimisation.
Confident with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
