We are recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant to join our client in Marston Green, Birmingham. This position will be managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all involved.

They are well-established and known for their commitment to providing exceptional services to their clients and customers and are now looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team in Marston Green, Birmingham.

Description

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and screening applications.
Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and update the applicant tracking system.
Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their application status.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and person specifications.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
Support other HR-related tasks as needed.Profile

A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:

Previous exposure to a Recruitment based role.
Administration experience.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and multitasking.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.Job Offer

A fixed-term contract with a competitive salary range of £28000 to £32000 per annum.
