ROLE: Injection Moulding Setter LOCATION: Nottingham

HOURS: Alternating shifts – Mon–Thu 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00, Friday early finish. PAY: £32500 pa plus 15% shift allowance

We are seeking skilled and experienced Injection Moulding Setters to join their expanding team and play a vital role in delivering precision-engineered products.

THE ROLE

* Performing efficient tool changes and machine set-ups on state-of-the art injection moulding machines (50T–320T)

* Ensuring production schedules are met with consistent quality output

* Maintaining high standards of accuracy and product finish

* Collaborating with internal teams to achieve production targets

* Working in line with 5S and continuous improvement principles

THE REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience as an injection moulding setter in a manufacturing environment

* Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

* Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality standards

* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

* Experience with 5S and continuous improvement processes Please note: This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
