Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative PE programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of female students.
* Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote physical fitness, skill development, and teamwork.
* Lead and develop extra-curricular sports clubs and activities, providing opportunities for students to participate in a range of sports.
* Utilize technology and data to assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the PE curriculum, ensuring it is relevant and engaging.
* Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the PE department.
* Organize and lead school sports events and competitions.
* Act as a mentor and role model for female students, encouraging their participation and leadership in sports.

We Need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Physical Education or a related field.
* Experience teaching PE to female students at secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of innovative teaching methods and technologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* A passion for promoting female participation and leadership in sports.
