Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 DOE

You will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, delivering high-quality legal advice and building trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
Advising a broad client base including SMEs, investors, and developers
Working independently while also collaborating with colleagues across departments
Maintaining the firm’s high standards of service, compliance, and client careRequirements
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling a busy caseload
Strong IT and communication skills
