What You Will Do:
• Develop cost-effective dealer repair strategies for vehicle concerns, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Create and manage essential documentation, including Dealer Bulletins, Service Instructions, and Customer Letters.
• Coordinate with Market Surveillance Authorities and regulatory agencies across Europe to announce and monitor Safety, Compliance, or Emissions Recalls.
• Collaborate with National Sales Companies, Global Offices, and Supply Chain Management to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide Recall status updates in various forums, presenting to senior management teams when required.
• Maintain compliance with departmental processes and audit requirements, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
What You Will Bring:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes effectively.
• Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent analytical abilities.
• Experience in vehicle engineering or dealer workshop processes, demonstrating a hands-on understanding of the industry.
• A degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications, with a background in dealer workshop repair processes or Master Technician training.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
