Role- Electronic Software Architect - Dudley, North West Birmingham
Salary- Up to £80,000
Other information- Hybrid and 4-day workweek

KO2 are hiring on behalf of one of our key electronic clients, which is a growing, global-facing business developing bespoke electronic products. Right now, they're looking for an experienced Electronic Firmware Architect to shape the technical direction of their motor control-based systems.

What's the role?
You won't be on the tools, you'll be guiding them.
As the technical architect, you'll work closely with stakeholders, review product requirements, and decide how the electronics and firmware should be developed. You'll define architecture, select technologies, and guide the internal electronics and embedded software teams.

Skills/ Experience required:

Strong background in electronics and embedded software
Solid experience with motor control systems
Able to make confident architecture and component-level decisions
Previously worked as a Principal Engineer, System Architect, or R&D Tech ManagerWhy this role?
