We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales role

Salary: £38,000 - £43,500
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm

Responsibilities of the Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales

* Reviewing title, searches and supporting documents

* Raising and replying to enquiries

* Preparing contract documentation

* Preparing reports on Titles and Searches and mortgage reports

* Dealing with exchange of contracts, completions and ancillary documents

* Day to day correspondence with clients and lawyers

* Identify and obtain quotes for indemnity policies

Requirements for a successful Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales

* Experience in Residential property with good knowledge of the conveyancing procedure and CQS scheme

* IT and online systems skills

* Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work to deadlines
