We are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our industry leading client in the Oldbury area. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to establish themselves within a company and grow and develop over time.

Key responsibilities:

Take enquiries via telephone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
Taking bookings and imputing them onto the system.
Dealing with invoices.
Managing colleagues’ diaries and calendars.
Report directly to line managers.
Any other duties as and when required.
This role and responsibilities will develop as training goes on.
Personal specification:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Computer competent, including Microsoft packages such as Excel.
Be able to meet and work towards multiple deadlines.
Be able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks.
Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
