Salary: £16.00 – £18.00 per hour (Experience dependent)

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our team. This role focuses on the service, maintenance, and installation of plumbing and sanitary systems within the commercial sector. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd fix plumbing solutions across a variety of commercial sites.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their workmanship and is comfortable working both as part of a collaborative team and independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation: Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and sanitary ware installations.

* Maintenance: Executing routine service and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems.

* Diagnosis: Identifying and resolving plumbing faults efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.

* Communication: Interacting professionally with clients and team members at all levels.

* Compliance: Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a plumbing role, specifically within the commercial sector.

* Qualifications: * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating is preferred (though not essential for the right candidate).

* Skills: A deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems and sanitary ware.

* Soft Skills: Punctual, professional, and a positive "can-do" attitude.

* Licensing: A full, clean UK driving license is required.
