Teaching Personnel is proud to partner with several outstanding SEN schools across Birmingham and is currently seeking dedicated educators to join their teams.
About the Role
We are recruiting SEN Teachers to work across both Primary and Secondary settings. Roles are available supporting pupils with:
Autism (ASD)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Complex Needs
You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters emotional, social, and academic development.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this is essential
Have proven experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, or complex needs
Be confident in managing challenging behaviour in a positive and supportive way
Be capable of creating and delivering personalised lesson plans for small groups or 1:1 sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
